Fisher-Jones Title Co. was established in 2001 by Mark Hargrove, the merger of Fisher County Abstract Company (established in 1901) and Jones County Abstract Company and Panhandle Abstract Company (established around 1886).  Sweetwater Title Co. in Nolan County was established in 2004 by Mark Hargrove and J.D. Elrod, and in 2017 acquired the title assets of Beall Abstract, Inc. 

 These companies own and maintain reliable land title indexes to all lands and town lots in Fisher, Jones and Nolan Counties, covering the period from sovereignty of soil to the present date. 

Homestead Title Company, LLC, brings these companies under one roof to serve our customers and clients better.  Mark Hargrove and J.D. Elrod bring to the table more than 41 years of legal, land title and title insurance experience.
